Products

Products defined here appear in the tenant admin's subscription page. Each subscription tier has a max_products limit — tenants choose which products to activate within that limit. Seats are counted per product per organisation. Adding a new product here does not automatically make it available to existing tenants — it becomes an option when they change their plan or resubscribe. Deactivating a product hides it from new subscriptions but does not affect existing tenants who already have it activated.
